Merry Christmas Oppo! I hope you had an amazing day. I know we did. There are few things better than spending Christmas with your family and getting to watch a 3 and 6 year old on Christmas morning. While I'm not the most religious type, I will be the first to admit that the reading from Genesis by the crew of Apollo 8 45 years ago yesturday was a great choice as a lasting message from our first trip to the moon. Bonus goodness below.

An interesting tidbit is the fact that NASA received quite a few complaints about the 'Christen' religious aspects of the broadcast - a fact not revealed at the time.
